DREAM Programme

DREAM stands for Day Recreational and Educational Activities with Meaning

This programme was established in October 2003 on a part-time basis. It's remit was to provide a day and evening programme for service users based n Special Care who did not already avail of our existing programmes. This need was highlighted through informal evaluations of their personal choices and wishes and was also indicated in their Personal Outcomes and Person Centred Plans.

The programme is currently delivered by a staff nurse and when possible, a student nurse or volunteer worker.
